AnchorTO is made up of 19 public sector institutions that cumulatively represent over $20 billion in annual operating spending and hold over $59 billion in capital assets. Institutions are based in, or have significant operations in, the City of Toronto. All member institutions have a community-based mandate. Institutions represented include governments, postsecondary institutions and community builders.
